Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner features a high concentration of potent active ingredients to hydrate and revitalise your skin. In particular it contains a milk vetch extract as a water alternative, which absorbs deeper into the skin and contains antioxidants to restore skin elasticity.

Directions

Use after cleansing. Soak a toner pad or apply a small amount to hands and pat onto skin. Repeat 3-5 times if skin is extremely dry. Continue with the rest of your skincare routine.
