Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with the product you received, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact ych@yumeco.com.au and provide your order details and a list of the items to be returned. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the return package.

After we receive and inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will contact you and issue a refund. Please allow 3 business days for the bank to process your credit.

PLEASE NOTE
The customer will be liable for the shipping cost of the returned product.
Should the value of the initial order be reduced to below the free shipping threshold, the fee difference will be subtracted from the refund.
