The Peripera Speedy Skinny Brow features a clump free formulation which is sweat and smudge-proof that lasts throughout the day. This dual-ended pencil consists of a wand and an ultra-skinny pencil tip of 1.5mm - allowing you to fill your brows with precision, giving them a consistent and natural look!
Directions
Lift the hairs by brushing against the grain with eyebrow brush. Draw in and fill the desired area on the brow with upwards strokes to mimic the direction of hair. Brush the hair back down with the eyebrow brush to blend the brow together.
